I thoroughly enjoyed pregnancy yoga with you so much I attended the
first course I was pregnant enough for until right through till
Benjamin's birth.
Your yoga really helped me with my pregnancy symptoms, such as back ache.
The birthing positions were really useful in the first stage of
labour.  My husband woke to me on all fours having had surges every
20mins for four hours during the night, but coping so well I'd not had
to wake him.
Benjamin was born in a birthing pool with only gas and air after your
recommendation using a squatting position you'd shown us.
You're birthing advice and breathing techniques helped me feel
confident and in control throughout my labour.
The course was also great for meeting other pregnant ladies in the
area and I loved sharing the pregnancy experience with them.
I would strongly recommend your pregnancy yoga to all pregnant women.

Kate attended Pregnancy yoga until 41 weeks. Baby Stanley was born Tuesday 26 May 2009 8lb 13. Stanley was Kate's second child, her first, Ivy, being by cesarean. Stanley was born naturally with no pain relief required.

"I had 3 days of contractions and the yoga postures and relaxation poses really helped as I was quite tired. Without them I do not think I would have been able to stay at home for as long as I did..... The things I learnt during pregnancy yoga helped me to feel more in control....
